well this my first attempt at blogging..and Im liking it already cause this is where I can pen down all I feel..about my conceptions..about my apprehensions..and sometimes just simple stuff ..everythin..!!
well ..right now I feel like talking about book that I read recently..The Fountainhead..
For once... while readin I forgot all about learnin grmmer and writin style and just thought over wat the author had to say.I hav to confess..Ive never felt philisophy ws my cup of tea..because I find that most of the time philosophy preaches things that really hold no value in normal man`s life..but Ayn Rand has made her philosophy so accessible and interesting ..laden wit the realities that matter in life..that even I enjoyed readin it..
OBJECTIVISM..her main focus..is so thought inspiring. we often do forget our own self while workin for others and our thoughts become so clogged wit what others want from us that we do forget wat we want from our lives..this is the main reason for the unhappiness in people..and those who are unhappy in their life can never see others happy..they want to inflict their unhappiness on others as well..It might be a crude way of formulating an exerpt of my thughts that I hav gathered fom hers..but it is the best possible way of summing it up..
EGOTISM as defined by her sounds so apt. When you start intospecting u realise how much you hav depended on others for their opinions and approavals and how much it has hampered you finding your true potential. had it not been for their reproches ..you could hav done so much better for yourself. Yes there would hav been possibilities of failiers but when you come to think of it..even they would be satisfiing much more than the victories you hav achieved by giving in to others.. because the failiers would hav been your own..someting that you hav ACHIEVED yourslf..
I might be too young to understand the grave depths of the philosophy of "SELF" but I do understand the essence..and I think that is enough to atleast initiate a thought process..and In my opinion starting to think is the starting of everything good that tranpires in ones life.
